No matter how many years I live I still love a good football game, some chips, a cold beverage and some amazing salsas or dips!
When I first discovered apple guacamole and this mango salsa my life was never the same. Having healthy options for these occasions when I craved a chips and dip was a game-changer. No pun intended.
These snacks also make great dishes to bring to game day parties or other potluck social gatherings!
Apple Guacamole
You may tilt your head a bit when you hear this of the first time, but let me tell you, I could eat this guacamole by the spoon. And quite literally have. The sweet tartness of the apple mixed with creamy avocado and a zest of limes and jalapeños make this guac one of the best things to ever be created on this planet.

This was one of those miracle one-shot wonders I whipped up on a whim one day in the kitchen and it turned out amazingly!

Another one of my family’s favorites is this mango salsa. Its sweet and juicy texture makes this delicious salsa a side dish of its own. Also great on top of salads or along side chicken or salmon.
The toping of fresh citrus juices and mint make this one of the most refreshing salsas to chow down on! Enjoy it purred or chopped, either way this salsa will leave you wanting more.
