The BEST Gingerbread Iced Coffee

Equipment

  • blender (or shaker bottle)
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1.5 tsp of molasses
  • 2 tsp raw sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Sprinkle of ground cloves be careful to not get too much of the cloves, they are strong!.
  • 2-3 tsp half and half or milk alternative of your choice
  • 1 cup ice water

Instructions

  • Just like the peppermint mocha recipe, you can simply place everything in a blender and blend for 15 seconds. Or if you want to be detailed with how you place the ingredients in the blender this is how I do it:
  • instant coffee
  • molasses (drizzling it over the instant coffee)
  • raw sugar
  • ground spices (cinnamon, ginger and cloves, in any order).
  • half/half (or milk alternative)
  • ice water
  • Blend for 15 seconds, and pour over a few ice cubes in a glass. Enjoy!
