The BEST Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee

Equipment

  • blender (or shaker bottle)
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp coco powder
  • 2 tsp raw sugar
  • 4 drops of peppermint extract or food grade peppermint essential oil.
  • 2-3 tsp of half and half or milk alternative of your choice.
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice water

Instructions

  • Making this is super simple! All you do is put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend for 15 seconds! Pour over a few ice cubes in a glass and enjoy!
  • If you want to be a little more nuanced with what order you put the ingredients in here is the order I do it in:
  • Instant coffee
  • coco powder
  • raw sugar
  • cream/milk
  • ice water
  • peppermint extract
  • vanilla extract

Notes

This order leads itself to a good consistency when blending.
Pro tip: to add a little extra peppermint crush a candy cane and sprinkle the crystals on top!
