Place your bones in the Instant Pot container
Drizzle the 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar over the bones.
Apple cider vinegar will help draw out all the wonderful nutrients from the bones to give us that gelatin consistency we are looking for!
Fill the container with the filtered water until the bones are just nearly completely covered.
I like to cover mine until a few bones are stil poking out over the top of the water line.
Put the lid on the Instant Pot, make sure it's locked and secure.
Set the value setting to "sealing."
Set the Instant Pot to the Soup/Broth function for 2 hours on low pressure.
Repeat this time interval three more times for a total of 6 hours.
When your bone broth is ready to be strained, take your stock pot and pour all the containts into the stock pot.
Next, take your fine strainer, and place it on top of the containers you are storing your broth in.
Carefully pour the broth into mason jars (or container).
Allow to sit on the counter for an hour or two before putting in the refrigerator.
Done!
