Ingredients

  • 3 medium to large avocados
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash up all your produce.
  • Dice up the apples and onions.
  • Mix in your mixing bowl.
  • Chop up cilantro until it is fine and mix in with apples and onions.
  • Cut open your avocado and remove the pit.
  • Cut up avocado either in the shell or after you have spooned out the avocado.
  • Here is an easy, mess-free way to slice an avocado: Very carefully while the avocado is still in the shell, slice the fruit part from top to bottom multiple times across, so there are many lines going up and down the avocado. Then slice across the avocado horizontally, so the avocado looks like it's been cut into a grid. Then you can take a spoon, and dish out all the avocado and it is already cut up! No messy chopping necessary!
  • Mix in the avocado with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Squirt lime juice to all over the mixture.
  • Taste as you go along to get the flavor you want.
  • The lime juice will help the apples and avocado from growing too quickly.
  • Mix in salt to taste.
